Demo requirements with the following information must be submitted in the PDF format:
Optional demonstration (demo) papers can be submitted as supplementary material. Demo papers must be between 3-5 pages long.
Demo papers should clearly pinpoint the novelty and characteristics of the system, even for readers who are not able to attend the demonstration at the conference. The papers should include:
Demo papers will be peer-reviewed and considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Demos can be selected for presentation at the conference even if the associated Demo Paper is not accepted for publication.
Authors of demonstrations are also encouraged to submit a Regular Paper presenting and discussing the original research enabling the demo.
TENOR will provide basic equipment (e.g. tables, chairs, power sockets, WiFi connection). Additional requests will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to the equipment and space availability. Demo presenters are expected to provide their own specific material (e.g. loudspeakers, screens, projectors, soundcards). Demo set-ups may need to be adapted to meet the restrictions imposed by the space and the program.
Hands-on/interactive and regular workshop proposals for TENOR 2022 should include the information below in a single PDF document. The document must be up to 5 pages long. Workshop proposals are aimed at selecting workshops and won’t be part of the conference proceedings.
Regular workshop proposals which solicit paper submission also need to include the following information:
TENOR requires that at least one author of each accepted workshop paper must be registered to the conference and attend the workshop.
To complement workshop proposals, we encourage workshop organisers to submit a position paper discussing the topics and vision addressed by the workshop. Workshop position papers will be peer-reviewed for inclusion in the conference proceedings. This is optional and must be provided as supplementary material. There can be some overlap in content between a workshop proposal and a workshop position paper, however workshop position papers should not discuss workshop structural or logistical aspects, but the wider position on underlying research topics and issues.
Workshop selection criteria
All workshop proposal submissions will be curated by the TENOR Workshop and Program Chairs. The selection of workshop will be based on the workshop proposal using the following criteria:
Both TENOR and the workshop organisers will be responsible for publicising accepted workshop and for soliciting potential participants. TENOR will publish descriptions of the workshop on its website and link to dedicated workshop websites, if relevant. For regular workshop proposals which solicit paper submission, the workshop organisers will need to advertise a Workshop Call for Contribution in collaboration with the TENOR chairs.
